WE PARTY NICE — SOFT PLAY RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By confirming a booking with We Party Nice, the Client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

• A non-refundable 50% booking deposit is required to secure and lock in the event date.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full before setup on the event day.
• A refundable $100 security deposit is required for all bookings and will be returned after pickup once all rental items are inspected and confirmed to be in good condition.
• Failure to complete payment before setup may result in cancellation of service without refund of the booking deposit.

2. DELIVERY, SETUP & PICKUP

• Delivery fees may apply depending on the event location.
• The Client must ensure clear access to the setup area at the agreed setup time.
• Setup and takedown times will be coordinated in advance with the Client or event planner.
• If elevator access, stairs, long walking distances, paid parking, or loading restrictions apply, these must be disclosed before booking confirmation. Additional fees may apply if not disclosed in advance.
• The Client is responsible for ensuring the venue permits soft play equipment and overnight storage if applicable.

3. OVERNIGHT RENTALS

• If the equipment remains overnight, the Client assumes full responsibility for the equipment until pickup is completed by We Party Nice.
• Equipment must remain in a secure, dry, supervised, and protected area overnight.
• The Client is responsible for any theft, vandalism, damage, missing items, weather exposure, or misuse occurring before pickup.

4. SAFETY & SUPERVISION

• Adult supervision is required at all times while children are using the equipment.
• Equipment is intended for toddlers and young children only.
• No shoes, sharp objects, food, drinks, face paint, slime, confetti, glitter, paint, gum, markers, pets, or rough play are permitted inside the soft play area or ball pit.
• Climbing or standing on fences, walls, or safety barriers is strictly prohibited.
• We Party Nice reserves the right to stop use of equipment if unsafe behavior is observed.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

• We Party Nice is not responsible for injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, slips, falls, or damages resulting from misuse, lack of supervision, or unsafe play.
• By accepting delivery, the Client assumes full responsibility for all participants using the equipment during the rental period.
• The Client agrees to release and hold harmless We Party Nice, its owners, staff, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, damages, or legal actions arising from the use of rental equipment.

6. WEATHER POLICY

For outdoor events:

• Equipment must be placed on a flat, dry, safe surface.
• Equipment cannot be used during rain, heavy wind, thunderstorms, snow, or unsafe weather conditions.
• If severe weather is expected, We Party Nice reserves the right to cancel, delay, refuse setup, or request early takedown for safety reasons.
• No refunds will be issued for weather-related interruptions once setup has been completed.
• Clients are responsible for providing adequate indoor backup arrangements for outdoor bookings.
• Water exposure, mud, excessive dirt, or weather damage caused while equipment is in the Client’s care may result in additional cleaning or replacement charges.

7. DAMAGES, CLEANING & MISSING ITEMS

• The Client is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.
• Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive dirt, stains, food residue, spills, face paint, slime, glitter, confetti, bodily fluids, or misuse of equipment.
•Missing, stolen, damaged, broken, or permanently stained items will be charged at full replacement value. Additional charges beyond the refundable security deposit may apply depending on the extent of the damage or loss.
• The refundable security deposit may be partially or fully withheld to cover damages, cleaning, or replacement costs.

8. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

• Booking deposits are non-refundable.
• One event reschedule may be permitted subject to availability if requested at least 7 days before the event date.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
• We Party Nice reserves the right to cancel bookings due to unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. PHOTO & MARKETING CONSENT

• We Party Nice may photograph setup areas for promotional and social media purposes unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before the event.

10. AGREEMENT

By submitting payment and confirming a booking, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
